- Make sure you are in a quiet, private space where you won’t be interrupted
- Have the room lit so I can see you well
- Set up a mat on the floor where you will be laying down during your session
- For better energy flow, avoid using a pillow, or cushion under your knees as well
- If you so choose you can light a candle and/or incense prior to the session
- Please have your device ready with Zoom; you’ll need to point the camera at your mat so when you lay down, I can see the right side of your body from head to toe
- Have a speaker or headphones with you
- Wear comfortable clothing that is not too dark so I can see the contours of your body
- Avoid caffeine and meals less than 3 hours before the session, and alcohol the day of the session
